Last weekend my husband and I were fortunate enough to be able to spend a weekend in Las Vegas with our good friends.  A little weekend away is always nice, especially when it includes adult conversation, shopping and good food.  Good food, however, does not even begin to describe what we experienced at a little place I like to call the Epicenter of Deliciousness, also known as Carnevino (carne=meat, vino=wine).
